ProGuard CB806 Vehicle Barrier, 5.8 m concrete-core element

ProGuard CB806 is the longest element in the CB range: a 5.8 m steel-clad concrete-core vehicle barrier for major roads with heavy traffic as well as tight city streets, thanks to light and rapid installation. Tested to EN 1317-2 and classified T2/W1 (working width 0.6 m), T3/W3 (1.0 m) and N2/W5 (1.5 m). Minimum installation lengths: T2/W1 23.2 m (4 elements), T3/W3 29.0 m (5 elements), N2/W5 52.2 m (9 elements). Minimum radius 120 m. CB806 and CB803 elements can be combined in one installation with documented working widths.

ProGuard CB is the vehicle restraint range for closures against heavy traffic and high speeds, tested to EN 1317-2. The registered-design geometry lets the elements face either direction and be lifted straight up to create openings for emergency access or a temporary gap in the closure. The self-guiding connection reduces the risk of injury during set-up, the elements cope with uneven ground and can be set to a radius down to 61.5 m. Centred fork pockets, three lifting points for a scissor clamp and sockets for lifting eyes give several handling options. Rubber-clad feet maximise friction with the ground, metal end plates extend service life, cast-in sockets on the top accept accessories and signs, and two branding areas on each side make your company visible in traffic.
