ProGuard City Barrier 2.6 m in red/white reflective finish: steel-clad barrier with concrete core that can be angled over 90 degrees for complex site geometries and linked with ProGuard GC rails. Certified to EN 1317-2 in containment class T1 with working width W3 at 80 km/h and T1/W1 at 50 km/h (simulation, dynamic deflection 0.07 m), impact severity level A, with a tested installation length of only 18.2 m (7 units) in T1. On straights the built-in connecting beam stiffens the installation. Minimum radius 25 m.

ProGuard City is a patented, design-protected alternative to traditional temporary traffic barriers for work zones where flexibility and rapid repositioning are essential. The range is also tested to EN 1317-2 in containment class T2 with working width W6 (minimum installation length 36 m, 14 barriers). The steel shell with concrete core gives durability and capacity, the mesh at the top gives good visibility at corners, and the rubber feet give maximum friction. Barriers can be angled over 90 degrees and are handled with forks, slings or the lifting yoke. On straight runs the built-in connecting beam slides by hand between two barriers and clicks into a fixed connection that stiffens the installation; no loose parts are needed to connect the barriers. The link is designed for a smooth transition to ProGuard GC rails, and GC rails can be mounted on top for a 2.38 m high closure approved in SS 7750-1 classes 1, 2 and 3.
