viasis BASIC speed display

viasis BASIC speed display

The viasis BASIC is the entry model in the viasis range of radar speed displays: a simple, rugged and instantly effective tool for traffic calming inside city limits. It measures the speed of approaching vehicles and shows it on a bright 2-digit LED display, giving drivers immediate feedback on their behaviour: no fines, no infrastructure, just awareness.

The light aluminium casing and its robust carrying handle make transportation and installation a breeze, so the display can be rotated between locations by a single person. As a deliberately simple version, the viasis BASIC works without data storage and without settings: switch it on and it does its job.
