The NTS Lightweight Warning Trailer LT is a road-legal mobile lane-closure and lane-merge trailer designed for the Nordic market. It carries the LP 27+2 directional light array — 27 × Ø200 mm L8H lamps for the arrow plus 2 × Ø300 mm L9H attention lamps — on a 3.5 m sign surface, while staying within a 750 kg gross weight so the trailer can be towed on a standard category B driving licence with no trailer endorsement required. Operation is via the RC2020 twin-remote set — two wireless controllers with on-screen status and alert display — backed up by a manual cable controller fixed permanently on the trailer for guaranteed operation in any scenario. Power is supplied by 2 × 100 Ah AGM Professional DC batteries with an included 20 A automatic charger, driving premium Linak electric actuators for hands-free board lifting and support-leg deployment. An intelligent control box with mirror lamp-fault detection, real-time monitoring, and auto-pairing between adjacent units enables "gate" configurations across multiple LP 27+2 trailers. Built on a galvanised single-axle chassis with hydraulic auto-deploying support legs, lockable anti-theft battery and remote compartments, and tool-free lamp/lens replacement for fast field maintenance.
